The Doctrine of Signatures

Ancient Egyptian GrainI was running through my Facebook post today and came across a post by Tyler Tolman. I have spoken about Tyler before in previous post, but Tyler and his Dad, Don are both amazing people when it comes to natural healing, health & natural ways to overcome your health issues.

I have personally meet both these men and have done courses with both. Amazing speakers with so much information. If you get the chance, please go to one of their seminars and have a listen to what they have to say. I have done the 7 day Juice Fast in Bali with tyler, that was an amazing experience.

This is a repost of something Tyler wrote on Facebook, I am sure Tyler will not mind me reposting this article as he wants his message to get out then and for people to start to learn more and more about the healing properties of foods. So here is the post below.

So today I want to go a little beyond the physical aspect of food and get a little metaphysical on your ass!! lol

Most of you have heard me talk about “the doctrine of signatures” the philosophy that different foods look like different organs of the body.

This philosophy was known and taught in ancient Egypt and by many other cultures. My father re-learned this from native Americans and it was publicly re-popularized by Paracelsus a Swiss physician as well.

CarrotJust to recap: a carrot looks like the iris of the eyes when you cut it open and many studies show it improves blood flow to you eyes and prevents macular degeneration.

A tomato looks like a heart with 4 chambers, red and the size of the heart. The American heart foundation says its the best food for your heart because of its lycopene content. Tomato

Celery looks and is shaped like the bones and prevents osteoporosis and builds strong bones and increases body mass. It has a high level of sodium in proper proportions to the bones which is the basic building blocks for calcium.
(Think of salt water in the ocean and sunshine produce coral calcium)

A walnut looks exactly like the brain. From the husk that looks like skin to the shell like the skull. Then the left and right hemispheres and other parts look identical. Baylor university has found omega 3-6-9’s in walnuts that cross the blood brain barrier enhancing brain function and the fats are perfect for growth and repair.

So without posting a huge list of these foods. Which I do in many other posts. I want to talk about grains and some seeds specifically.

When I lived in California back in 2006 I was really into fasting and did an extended fast and was observing every fruit and veg I could to really connect with this “doctrine of signatures” then one day I read an article about an Egyptian tomb that had been discovered and 26 little Kamut grains (ancient grain used by the Egyptians)¬†Had been discovered and unearthed.

Now remember this food had been wiped out and did not exist for many thousands of years. Then it was taken to Montana and re-propagated and reintroduced into our food supply.

I discovered that when I germinated (soaked and sprouted) the grain it looked just like neurons in the brain!

You might not be making a link yet. Just give me a few more minutes, So I thought HOLY SHIT!!! The Egyptians used this food as a staple in their diet and Dr. Masuru emoto shows that even water holds memory. So I know that the Egyptian specifically put this grain into a tomb which they knew would not be found for a very long period of time. Dr Masura emoto

Hope your making the connection. This grain having the signature of neurons in the brain holds the ancient memory of the entire workings and civilization of Egypt as many pharaoh’s and egyptian people would have grown it, worked with it and consumed it.

So I decided after an extended fast (Purification of body mind and spirit) to only eat Kamut for an extended period of time. I soaked it, sprouted it, made wheatgrass out if it etc. had it as a cereal and the only other thing I had was raw honey with it for breakfast etc.

Within 1 week of doing this, I was sitting down at the beach with a couple of good friends and had this sudden urge to bury them entirely with only face exposed. Then I just started channeling (letting loose and doing what I felt) I built 3 pyramids over the feet groin and heart areas. Then started chanting weird tones and saying names out loud while using my hands to circulate energy over these areas. (Never done anything like this in my life and if I saw someone else doing this I probably would have thought they were a freak at the time) but here I am doing this?

My friend at the end jumps out of the sand and runs and jumps in the ocean swims for a bit and comes running back right up to me and says WHAT THE HELL DID YOU JUST DO TO ME!!!

I said I have no idea, but can you do it to me? He said yes and did it. When he was done I did the same, jumped out ran and jumped in the ocean. I had a feeling of infinite power and abilities. I knew I was back and ready to rebuild my pyramids and share the truth with the world of who we are and I had memories of being a Pharaoh myself. I cannot explain to you all the memories I had. But this was no joke and was really intense. This lasted for about 2 hours and then left me.

I did not continue with this. I can only say now that it wasn’t the right time. But the time is coming that many will gather. Purify their bodies and then be able to re-member who they truly are and where they have been. We have always been alive. It’s the only condition we have. LIFE. there is no death only temporary changing of space suite, and I believe this is coming to an end as well… Were moving into an age of enlightenment both physically and mentally which has not happened… EVER!! ūüėČ

Probably lost a few of you there. But that’s ok. I know some of you can feel truth in what I am saying.

Regardless. There are different grains and seeds from different cultures that I believe hold keys to our evolution and downloads of past civilizations that can be experienced when our bodies and minds are in a pure enough state. . Quinoa, millet, barley, rye, Kamut and others. I find it interesting as well that there is a worldwide campaign to bring FEAR into people about grains… Which when sprouted have only positive effects and nutritional qualities.

So after doing 1 of my free online juice fasts or your own juice or water fast take afew days or even weeks to inundate yourself with these “see-ds” and SEE what turns up. I think if you are open and tuned in you will have a similar experience and something will come through you that will contribute massively in our society.

Eating Well, Cleansing and Detoxing

Well there are many different points of view on the best ways to Detox and cleanse our bodies. Eating well is a major step in helping our bodies to stay healthy and heal plus build up our immune system. Staying away from all processed foods is another good thing to do, I don’t believe there is really any goodness comes from anything that has been¬†processed and packaged. If you do buy these packaged products please read the labels thoroughly, if you don’t know what the words are or what they mean then best not buy them. You should be able to read the package and understand¬†everything¬†that is in the product.

There are a lot of different detox programs and products out on the market, different ways to cleanse your digestive system and colon. I have tried a few different ways myself, one I have had good results with is made by a company call Conscious lifestyler. It is a 4 day colon cleanse which is amazing for your body.¬†The Colon Cleanse is a mixture of Organic Flaxseed, Organic Oats¬†and Organic Psyllium. This mixture will rid the toxic residues that¬†have been building up in your colon over time. The mucoid plaque,¬†when left in the colon, makes it difficult to absorb certain nutrition¬†from your food as it lines and clogs the digestive wall, causing¬†backup, disease and sickness in your body.¬†Bentonite Clay has a very profound affect of absorbing chemicals¬†(such as aluminium and mercury), pesticides, herbicides and heavy¬†toxic metals. Another method that really helps this detox process is colonic irrigation, I know, it sounds horrible but it is really not that bad. This process helps remove any build up of old “crap” in your colon, plus removes the toxins that are being removed during the healing process. If you are getting any symptoms while fasting this can help get rid of those symptoms or at least¬†relieve¬†them. Very interesting process but reaps some major¬†benefits¬†for your body. Just Google your local area and you will find someone that does it. Make sure they are reputable though.

When I make my juices I will mix fruits with greens, this tasted amazing. For instance, I will put through apples, oranges, watermelon, kale, spinach, carrots & sometimes some ginger. That is one of my blends. Everybody in my house loves this blend, sweet but full of goodness. Love using Kale and spinach in my juices.

Last year I went to Bali and did a 7 day juice fast retreat, that was an amazing experience also. Great group of like minded people. First time I had attempted 7 days on juice and water but found it really easy. Each day we learnt new things about the principles of life and how to implement them, then we did some extreme adventures such as, white water rafting, visiting the Bali Green school, Hot volcanic pools, drumming lessons, Zumba classes & yoga classes every day. At no time did I feel hungry or lack energy. It felt amazing.

I would highly recommend doing some type of cleanse at least once per year but 3 or 4 times a year would be better. Cleansing can also be about eating the right types of foods depending on what you are trying to heal. There have been a number of books written in regards to foods that heal, but the most thorough one that I have found was written by a guy called Don Tolman. He spent 17 years travelling the world researching different cultures and their life styles. Ask the questions, why are these people living such long and healthy lives? Discovering the answers to these questions and putting them into a collection of books called The Farmacist Desk Reference.
