The Doctrine of Signatures

Hello once more from Best of Health:

Ancient Egyptian GrainI was running through my Facebook post today and came across a post by Tyler Tolman. I have spoken about Tyler before in previous post, but Tyler and his Dad, Don are both amazing people when it comes to natural healing, health & natural ways to overcome your health issues.

I have personally meet both these men and have done courses with both. Amazing speakers with so much information. If you get the chance, please go to one of their seminars and have a listen to what they have to say. I have done the 7 day Juice Fast in Bali with tyler, that was an amazing experience.

This is a repost of something Tyler wrote on Facebook, I am sure Tyler will not mind me reposting this article as he wants his message to get out then and for people to start to learn more and more about the healing properties of foods. So here is the post below.

So today I want to go a little beyond the physical aspect of food and get a little metaphysical on your ass!! lol

Most of you have heard me talk about “the doctrine of signatures” the philosophy that different foods look like different organs of the body.

This philosophy was known and taught in ancient Egypt and by many other cultures. My father re-learned this from native Americans and it was publicly re-popularized by Paracelsus a Swiss physician as well.

CarrotJust to recap: a carrot looks like the iris of the eyes when you cut it open and many studies show it improves blood flow to you eyes and prevents macular degeneration.

A tomato looks like a heart with 4 chambers, red and the size of the heart. The American heart foundation says its the best food for your heart because of its lycopene content. Tomato

Celery looks and is shaped like the bones and prevents osteoporosis and builds strong bones and increases body mass. It has a high level of sodium in proper proportions to the bones which is the basic building blocks for calcium.
(Think of salt water in the ocean and sunshine produce coral calcium)

A walnut looks exactly like the brain. From the husk that looks like skin to the shell like the skull. Then the left and right hemispheres and other parts look identical. Baylor university has found omega 3-6-9’s in walnuts that cross the blood brain barrier enhancing brain function and the fats are perfect for growth and repair.

So without posting a huge list of these foods. Which I do in many other posts. I want to talk about grains and some seeds specifically.

When I lived in California back in 2006 I was really into fasting and did an extended fast and was observing every fruit and veg I could to really connect with this “doctrine of signatures” then one day I read an article about an Egyptian tomb that had been discovered and 26 little Kamut grains (ancient grain used by the Egyptians)¬†Had been discovered and unearthed.

Now remember this food had been wiped out and did not exist for many thousands of years. Then it was taken to Montana and re-propagated and reintroduced into our food supply.

I discovered that when I germinated (soaked and sprouted) the grain it looked just like neurons in the brain!

You might not be making a link yet. Just give me a few more minutes, So I thought HOLY SHIT!!! The Egyptians used this food as a staple in their diet and Dr. Masuru emoto shows that even water holds memory. So I know that the Egyptian specifically put this grain into a tomb which they knew would not be found for a very long period of time. Dr Masura emoto

Hope your making the connection. This grain having the signature of neurons in the brain holds the ancient memory of the entire workings and civilization of Egypt as many pharaoh’s and egyptian people would have grown it, worked with it and consumed it.

So I decided after an extended fast (Purification of body mind and spirit) to only eat Kamut for an extended period of time. I soaked it, sprouted it, made wheatgrass out if it etc. had it as a cereal and the only other thing I had was raw honey with it for breakfast etc.

Within 1 week of doing this, I was sitting down at the beach with a couple of good friends and had this sudden urge to bury them entirely with only face exposed. Then I just started channeling (letting loose and doing what I felt) I built 3 pyramids over the feet groin and heart areas. Then started chanting weird tones and saying names out loud while using my hands to circulate energy over these areas. (Never done anything like this in my life and if I saw someone else doing this I probably would have thought they were a freak at the time) but here I am doing this?

My friend at the end jumps out of the sand and runs and jumps in the ocean swims for a bit and comes running back right up to me and says WHAT THE HELL DID YOU JUST DO TO ME!!!

I said I have no idea, but can you do it to me? He said yes and did it. When he was done I did the same, jumped out ran and jumped in the ocean. I had a feeling of infinite power and abilities. I knew I was back and ready to rebuild my pyramids and share the truth with the world of who we are and I had memories of being a Pharaoh myself. I cannot explain to you all the memories I had. But this was no joke and was really intense. This lasted for about 2 hours and then left me.

I did not continue with this. I can only say now that it wasn’t the right time. But the time is coming that many will gather. Purify their bodies and then be able to re-member who they truly are and where they have been. We have always been alive. It’s the only condition we have. LIFE. there is no death only temporary changing of space suite, and I believe this is coming to an end as well… Were moving into an age of enlightenment both physically and mentally which has not happened… EVER!! ūüėČ

Probably lost a few of you there. But that’s ok. I know some of you can feel truth in what I am saying.

Regardless. There are different grains and seeds from different cultures that I believe hold keys to our evolution and downloads of past civilizations that can be experienced when our bodies and minds are in a pure enough state. . Quinoa, millet, barley, rye, Kamut and others. I find it interesting as well that there is a worldwide campaign to bring FEAR into people about grains… Which when sprouted have only positive effects and nutritional qualities.

So after doing 1 of my free online juice fasts or your own juice or water fast take afew days or even weeks to inundate yourself with these “see-ds” and SEE what turns up. I think if you are open and tuned in you will have a similar experience and something will come through you that will contribute massively in our society.

Morning Juice Watermelon Carrot Apple recipe

This morning I did my usual and put together a fresh juice. Looking  around in my fridge to see what was left in there to throw together.
I found a few different things that I thought would taste great together and they did!

MORNING JUICE RECIPE:

  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Oranges
  • 4 carrots
  • 1/4 of a Beet (Beetroot)
  • 1/4 of a Watermelon

I ran these through my Hurom Slow press juicer (Great little Juicer). The taste was once again amazing. Love it when my juice recipe comes together. Drinking fresh juice gives me an amazing lift in the morning. So get into your kitchen an try this one. Do a little experimenting for yourself, you might be amazed at what you come up with.

First, I love this juicer. The best juicer on the market is the one that you will use everyday and this is the one for me. It is the fastest to use because it is self feeding. This is a fantastic time saver. I can cut up the produce while the juicer does its work, reducing my juicing time in half. Try to do that with the Super Angel. The YouTube videos I have seen on the Super Angel show the wooden pusher getting quite a workout forcing produce into the twin screws. I haven’t taken the Hurom pusher out of the plastic bag yet. The clean-up is also easy and just as fast as with a single horizontal auger juicer. Please note that the parts are not dishwasher safe. Currently, there are at least three Hurom models on the market, namely the HU-100, HU-300 & HU-400. Functionally all three are the same. Differences are in the body, strainer and pin holder. The HU-100 is available in white, silver and black. I have seen a chrome model but it is difficult to get in the USA. The HU-100 has the latest improved strainer which is the black Ultem strainer. The Omega Vert still uses the amber Ultem strainer which is more likely to show stains after a lot of use. The HU-100 model is the only one with a handle. I like the handle because I need to move it around in our crowded kitchen. The HU-300 and HU-400 are slimmer but do not have the handle. The HU-300 and HU-400 are also equipped with the black Ultem strainer. The HU-100 and HU-300 models use twisting locking hooks that work just fine to lock the juicing bowl to the motor base. The $600.00 HU-400 uses a holder pin and three stubs on the top of the motor base instead of hooks. Although an improvement in design and a cleaner look, to me it is not worth the extra money. All three models now share the improved silicone bowl seal, larger pulp ejection port to reduce clogging and improved silicone plug that is attached to the juicing bowl. The juice catch cup and pulp container have also been improved. The 32 ounce plus juice container has a handle and the larger pulp container does not. The BPA-free juice container now fits inside the pulp bin to reduce storage space requirements. The materials are very high quality. The forward/off/reverse switch is covered by a clear plastic membrane for shock protection in case water from wet hands would enter the handle area. After juicing, it is a good idea to reverse the juicer for a second. The juice bowl separates easily with just a small counter clockwise rotation after this momentary reverse action. Also, the juice port has an added safety feature that prevents a finger from entering the rotating wiper section. An updated 80 page recipe book is included titled “100 Gourmet Recipes for the Slow Juicer” cookbook, a $14.99 value for free. A short instructional DVD names the parts and describes two different assembly methods as well as cleaning instructions and do’s and don’ts. Finally, the packaging has been improved to insure that the juicer is in perfect condition when you open the box. The market is now flooded with vertical slow juicers with all companies claiming patents on their particular juicer. Many of the units are made in the same Korean factory; avoid Chinese knockoffs. The reviews on these juicers are correct when they state that the juice contains more pulp than other style juicers. A good strainer with the double mesh is a must as well as a nice glass bowl with a pouring spout in which to strain the juice. Personally, I like the extra pulp in orange juice and tomato juice. Some juices need body and are not as desirable when they are watery. I plan to make almond milk and coconut milk as this model works quite well for these tasks. I waited almost three years before I bought this style of juicer because I knew improvements were needed in the original model. I highly recommend the HU-100B as the black housing look is outstanding. To our health, as a Nation!

Health benefits of using Apple Cider Vinegar

I was looking at a post in regards to pesticides and Herbicides that are on most non organic produce these days. It is scary to think how much of this we are probably consuming on a day to daily basis. These poisons going into our systems and doing all sorts of damage to our bodies. And we wonder why people are getting sicker and sicker these days, with so many allergies to foods.

Well one way of cleaning of the chemicals from your fruits and veggies is to actually soak them and wash them in Apple Cider Vinegar and water for 10 to 20 minutes. This will help remove the chemicals from the fruit and veggies.

This takes a little time and effort, but well worth it for your health. It is good for any foods that you plan on eating the skin of, such as spinach, apples, Kale, Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, Pears etc. I use about 1 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar in enough water to fill  a good sized bowl or tub.

Let the fruit or Veggies sit in the water/ACV for 10 to 20 minutes and also give them a good scrub with a dedicated scrubbing brush. Do not use this brush for anything else.

Then rinse off under water after this. I rinse under my filtered water outlet so as not to add other contaminants such as Chlorine, Fluoride, heavy metals from normal tap water.

Always use the Raw Organic ACV that still has the “Mother” of the vinegar. The “Mother” is made up of the strand like enzymes of connected protein molecules with living nutrients and bacteria.¬†

Where do you get your protein?

This is a question I get asked all of the time. If you don’t eat meat you can’t be getting your protein, they say. I get tired of trying to explain this over and over, and then they still don’t believe you. Anyway I came across this video and this guy really explains this so well I thought I would post this for everyone to see. Great explanation I thought.
